EC3 is close to you! We recognize many of our students balance work, family, and life all while trying to earn college credit. We are committed to serving all Erie County residents with locations throughout the county. All college services are available in person and online.

EC3 at YLI
Located within the Youth Leadership Institute of Erie
1306 E Lake Rd, Erie, PA 16507
Hours: Monday- Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
EC3 at YLI serves the lower east side of Erie. The site houses student services, classrooms, and academic support. All classrooms are equipped with instructional technology for faculty presentation and instruction in each classroom. The site includes on-site parking. There is wi-fi available throughout the location allowing for ease of use across the facility.
EC3 Erie West

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
EC3 holds classes at EC3 Erie West, an education facility in Millcreek, PA. EC3 Erie West provides an important presence in the outlying Western Erie County area. There is ample parking available on site and in the vicinity. EC3 has wi-fi is available throughout the location. Staff members are present to answer any questions before, during, and after scheduled classes.
EC3 Summit

EC3 Summit provides access to EC3 courses for students from the southern portion of the city of Erie, as well as a familiar setting for most high school students in the Erie County area. The Skills Center is adjacent to the County’s Vocational -Technical School to which many county school districts send students for technical education. The Skills Center is the building to the left of the technical school and has a parking lot immediately in front of it. EC3 staff will welcome you into the building and be happy to answer any questions you have before, during, and after scheduled classes.
EC3 Corry

EC3 at North Coast Plaza Building

EC3 at North Coast Plaza hosts classes and labs for Industrial Manufacturing Technology (IMT) and Industrial Machine Maintenance (IMM) programs in Building I of the North Coast Plaza.
